Are You or a Friend a Highly Sensitive Person? Take the test…

Do you know someone who is easily overwhelmed, stressed by noise or by having a lot to do in a short amount of time? List #2 – Funny Truths that Children & Adults learn

I am not sure where I got that list from, but sorting through old stacks of papers I found it in my handwriting. Its at least 10 years old, but feels still relevant. I especially like 2., 6. and 8. Continue reading “List #2 – Funny Truths that Children & Adults learn”

I thought it’s a great time to share it with you no matter what the season. Continue reading “Mango Pomegranate Ice Cream w/ Kiwi Sauce”

After hanging out with Daisy, suddenly pain welled up in me, I knelt next to her and tears began to flow.  Continue reading “A Rescue Dog’s Wisdom – Adult life Fact #3”

Poem: Bury My Name

You can bury my name,
it will only feed the ground with its rage.

I am nothing, not even no one,
So toss the memory of me and swallow my breath.
Dive into my endless ocean,
embrace the air that’s me.   Continue reading “Poem: Bury My Name”
